Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services offered by Domarionexis, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Domarionexis provides professional legal support related to property purchase.

We also offer educational materials and physical resources to assist clients.

Professional Services: Customized legal guidance for property purchase.
Information Products: Digital guides, checklists, and templates.
Goods: Printed booklets and related materials.

2. Fees

All fees are stated in the order details. Payment is due upon placement of order or scheduling of service.

3. Reimbursement Policy

Domarionexis maintains the following reimbursement terms based on service type:

Professional Services: Clients may request a reimbursement up to 7 days before the scheduled session. To request a reimbursement, contact us via our contact form. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 3 days before the appointment at no extra charge. If a matter explicitly involves completed work beyond document review, no reimbursement will be provided, as professional time and resources have been allocated.
Information Products: Digital items are delivered immediately upon purchase. We offer a 14-day period during which you may request a full reimbursement if the files remain unused. To submit a request, use our contact form. After 14 days or if files have been accessed, no reimbursement is possible.
Goods: Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Shipping costs for sending back are covered by the buyer. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, a reimbursement will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. No reimbursement will be provided for items damaged by the client.

4. Rescheduling

Appointments for Professional Services can be rescheduled up to 3 days before the session without penalty. To reschedule, contact us via our contact form.

5. Limitation of Liability

Domarionexis is not liable for indirect or special outcomes arising from use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
